You are looking at our finished products of slow cooked meats. The top is our delicious 2 1/2 to 3 pound St. Louis Style rib. Bottom left is our slow cooked chopped brisket. Bottom right is our pulled pork. These are our award winning meats at the Beatrice Ribfest!

We can ship these anywhere in the United States via Express Mail. We will freeze the product and enclose in a styrofoam cooler packed with ice. We will include cooking instructions to assure the quality of our meats. Notice! the meats are not covered in bbq sauce! You may use your own sauce or purchase one of our many award winning products from our inventory.

Our sauce, HappyAss, finished fourth in the nation at the National Barbecue Association for 2006. Our sauce finished third at the Nebraska State Fair in 2006; and finished twenty-fifth at the World Series of Sauce in Kansas City in 2006.

Our team has learned from the award winning barbecue teams in the nation: Texas Rib Rangers. We slow smoke with natural wood charcoal along with hickory, cherry, or apple wood. We use our Ole Hickory and mobile smokers.
